As a valued customer of Copper Peak, protecting your privacy is important to the management and employees of this company. Copper Peak wants you to understand what information Copper Peak collects and how it is used. In order to provide its customers with a broad range of products and services as effectively and conveniently as possible, Copper Peak uses technology to manage and maintain customer information. The following policy serves as a standard for all Copper Peak employees for collection, use, retention and security of nonpublic personal and corporate information.
What Information Copper Peak Collects
Copper Peak may collect “nonpublic personal information” about you from the following sources:
1. Information Copper Peak receives from you on web orders;
2. Information about your transactions with Copper Peak or Copper Peak’s third party vendors in relation with Copper Peak business; and
3. Information Copper Peak receives from your third parties as they interact with Copper Peak.

What Information Copper Peak Discloses

Copper Peak may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third parties to: (1) comply with legal or government requirements or a good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary; (2) assist in servicing your account; (3) protect Copper Peak’s users or the public; (4) protect and defend property or rights of Copper Peak and its partners, subsidiaries and affiliates; or (5) in connection with a proposed or actual sale, merger, business combination or transfer of all or a portion of Copper Peak or a business or operating unit thereof. In case that Copper Peak discloses information to companies that perform services on its behalf, these companies are prohibited from using that information to market any other products and services to you. Information to these companies is protected by strict confidentiality agreements. Copper Peak may also disclose some of the contact information it collects to the inventory owner only when it is related to the normal conduct of business.
Copper Peak’s Security Procedures
Copper Peak also takes steps to safeguard customer information. Copper Peak restricts access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. Copper Peak maintains proper physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information. See our “Security Statement” for more information.
In addition to providing the foregoing information to Copper Peak, if you choose to correspond with Copper Peak through email, Copper Peak may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and associated responses. Copper Peak provides the same protections for these electronic communications that it employs in the maintenance of information received and maintained for you in its accounts.
